Buscando Hielo

Cualquiera pensaria que estoy a la busqueda de cascadas. De esas hay muchas en Noruega y algunas en lugares francamente remotos y sin escaladores al acecho (cañon del rio Alta, por poner un ejemplo y no boconear gratuitamente)

Pero el hielo que busco es el de los lagos, el que va a servir para rehacer mi bar y aqui no sirve cualquiera.
La mayor parte del hielo de estos bares que ahora se han puesto de moda, se hacen en una maquina, se transportan y se instalan en lugares que nada tienen que ver con hielo...Atenas, por ejemplo.

Aqui la cuestion es otra, primero se busca un hielo bonito, con fracturas internas, ocn burbujas, con formaciones que hacen los rayos solares, incluso plantas que han quedado atrapadas, etc. Y claro, se instala donde el hielo pertenece al entorno
